What's Included
and How it Works

Coaching & Energy Work
You’ll be invited to share your intention for the topic and submit any questions. I’ll select one or more questions to address during the live session, coaching both the individual and the group, so everyone receives the insight and support they need for that week’s topic.

Structure & Format
- Each week before the live session, you will be sent a video about the topic for the week.
- The group will be small, a maximum of 12 people, so I can hold everyone’s energy and process.
- There will be six weekly sessions that will last for between 60 and 90 minutes.
- You will be sent all the resources that you need before the live session.

Participant Goals & Weekly Focus
- Everyone will bring an overall aim that they want to achieve from the six-week group coaching.
- Each week you will have something that you would like to ‘work’ with, related to that week’s session topic.

Group Sharing & Integration
The group will share and discuss their insights and breakthroughs.

Recordings of each session.
Each session will be recorded for you to review and available on my website. You will be able to download the audio of the session.
